Sixty of the residential units will be transitional housing, allocated to homeless people who are trying to get back on their feet. The rest will be permanent residences."

"... if seniors can look back on their lives in a positive manner and find that their lives were successful and productive, then they will tend to be more accepting about the closure of their lifetime....By sharing stories with residents, the elderly will see their life as valuable legends that people are eager to explore; on the other hand, listening to the narratives from different generation can enlarge young people’s imaginings of the future. Knowing how older people might have the same life struggles as them and how the elderly overcame those struggles might give them some inspiration in life.
...After bookmaking workshops, there will be a storytelling community event for elderly participants to tell their life stories with their artistic books to other community members at the three locations. The format of the storytelling events will be discussed in the workshops so that it can perfectly fit the expectations of the elderly .We also plan on showing the books in the community center reading area and/or the these three locations in order to extend the impact of the project."
